For that reason, we are selective about the projects we undertake. We only commit to work where we are confident we can achieve the standard expected of us, using carefully selected materials, proven construction methods and the correct building procedures throughout.
A 10 year guarantee
It is this commitment to quality, both in what we build and how we deliver it, that allows us to stand behind our workmanship with a 10 year guarantee.
The guarantee covers materials and workmanship on applicable projects — most of the work we take on. It does not usually apply where a client expressly goes against our advice on a matter, or where we are carrying out repair work, which can change what is covered.
If you sell your home, the guarantee transfers to the new owner.
